Healthy Habits Week
This year for the first time Pro Football Training is proudly supporting Healthy Habits Week, a new venture provided by Cancer Support WA taking place from 23rd to 29th November. Many of us recognise that lifestyle is a key factor in avoiding disease. Healthy Habits Week encourages participants to choose four unhealthy habits to do with Stress, Nutrition, Activity and Participation. These SNAP habits can then be replaced with four new healthy habits. The goal is to commit to these changes for one week, and then enjoy the benefits they bring!
